Honestly, I think its the best movie in the MCU.
But:
1. Allusions to the Baron part of Baron Zemo. I don't need the purple mask, but having him be just some Ops guy from Sokovia is kinda weird. He's still probably the best MCU villain though.
2. Cap gives the "No you move" speech to Spidey. It makes no sense to me that we have a movie with both Cap & Spidey and Sharon Carter says it at a funeral.
3. A few more minutes with Scott Lang. I know, it's not his movie, but he seems the most fucked over by the events and he's just kinda thrown into the movie.
4. Vision actually doing stuff during the airport fight. Seriously, go to /wsg/, watch the whole fight. He does pretty much nothing. Even a few shots of a "rematch" between him and Wanda would have been enough for me.
5. Peter being somewhat suspicious of Tony's motives after the fight. He's a kid that loves Stark, so I'm cool with what they did, but I dunno... Peter switching sides is such a huge thing in the comic story, which admittedly isn't a very good story, that I was hoping to see that.
Also, I kinda would have liked to see Cap's rogue Avengers still doing Avenging on like a C-list villain like Grey Gargoyle or Serpent Society, but whatever. That's all stuff thats going to be addressed soon anyway.

I generally loved how different the movie was from the comics, since it felt new and fresh with its own tone. This really bugged me though. Spider-Man's identity being secret is pretty important, and I get that they didn't have time to develop him on his own, but Tony just showing up and knowing who he is wasn't great. (Also them just going through bullet points of "what a Spider-Man is" was awkward)
Maybe they should've just ripped off that one comic where Wolverine is peeking in at Peter and Aunt May and Spidey goes nuts for them bringing the super-nonsense to his home.
