The previous three issues are available in the highest quality on Dark Horse Digital.
This one was a lot more ambiguous than past comics and shorts, I have to give Blizzard credit. It seemed a little shallow, but the comic was pretty short too. For a AAA title I'd expect everything to be clean and PC, but with the Widowmaker short and this I guess they're trying to be a little darker.
Still feels weird given how bright the actual game is. Everything is polished and colorful and any banter between the characters is really tame.

They're technically the badguys, but it's different than Reaper and Widowmaker.
Junkrat and Roadhog are essentially Australian radicals who hate the bots, or "Omnics" for what happened to their country. Omnics are an actual threat in all fairness so it's not completely unjustified, however there are also many Omnics argue for peace and cooperation between humans and them.
Imagine if during the black right's movement in the 60s-80s there were some black people that were 60 foot transformers that attacked Korea on a regular basis.

They are still making it up as they go, so until they got all the characters decided they might not want to go into detail. Remember Starcraft 2? Blizzard did fancy webpages explaining the lore of many units, but half of them got removed or completely changed a few months later and as such they had to abandon all the lore associated with them.
Remember that Genji and Hanzo used to be one singular hero, and that they ended up dividing them into two for gameplay reasons. So the lore at the moment is still in flux and changing to suit the game and not the other way around.

Roadhog & Junkrat are terrorists who tried to lead a revolution against the robots that led to the nuking of Australia. They are now petty criminals who lead bank heists and such.
Symmetra and Hanzo aren't outwardly villainous, but have pretty grey morals and motives. Symmetra works for the Vishkar company, which is your standard Cyberpunk Corporation and Hanzo is an assassin for hire.

If anyone still cares, yes the things characters yell are different if they're on the other team. Sound is very deliberately used to give the player information- characters call out snipers and teleporters automatically, footsteps and weapons are louder for more dangerous characters, and abilities have very distinct sounds as well. Not sure if abilities have different voice clips but ultimates do for sure.
For characters that don't speak English as their native language, I believe you'll hear them speak that language when they're on the other team. Hanzo, Mercy, Symmetra, Mei. It's interesting that the "bad guys" always speak a foreign language when possible, but I suppose from a design perspective you want your teammates to have a better understanding of what's happening vs opposing players just having a distinct audio cue.
