I'm serious too. Mr. Satan has survived more than anyone else on this list (except maybe Shredder) with no long term injury. He is also arguably the strongest of anyone on this list, what with the pulling four busses, tearing a phone book in half, and pulling a boulder out of the ground and destroying it with his bear hands.
He is also the world's greatest martial artist many years in a row, and he didn't even cheat in some of them.
On top of that, he would have all kinds of cheats and underhanded tactics to defend me with.
But his best feature is all the insane powers and luck he gets from being a comedy character.
The only reason I'd worry about with him as my bodyguard is him falling asleep, getting distracted, or not noticing Batman sneaking by.

Dunno much about Red X except that he's a teen titan's antagonist. If you're a real threat you get to fight people that graduated highschool, so fuck 'im.
As much as I love Mistah Joester the anime characters are a poor choice, they're way more prone to losing side characters like myself since they don't place the same value on individual life as the white man. Cape characters get much more backlash for being flawed in the way, so they'll work harder.

Dont know the remaining 3. The one in the bottom right is dressed like she wanted a V costume but didn't have enough money to get the guy fawkes mask. The one in center left (Shredder? Silver Samurai?) is trying way to hard to look intimidating and looks melee based. Cap can beat a melee focused villain like that, he just can and you know it. No idea who the center square is but he's obviusly shitty enough at self defense/awareness to have lost an eye and a severe torso laceration.
So yeah, the super soldier with unlimited endurance and a sheild made of pure fucking hax beats a bunch of above average fighters who are still human and definitely all of the literally who's.Aw who am I kidding, Joestar still pulls a victory out of his ass at the end and kills me, but he wouldn't have been able to save me either so that's a wash

Batman won't try to kill me anyway. Not sure if that Shredder is the robot or Colonel Schraeder but I'm pretty sure Cap can beat any Shredder so it doesn't matter. I've beaten Sagat with Cap plenty of times in the vidya.

Assuming these are strictly the versions of the character in the pictures, I would probably go Red X, Joseph or Cap.
Red X has a shitton of versatility and is probably the fastest there.
Joseph is even more versatile and he has Batman level prep bullshit powers.
Cap is able to box well above his weightclass, has a shitton of endurance/determination and that shield is damn good on offense and defense.
Mr.Satan would be my fourth choice, but he doesn't have much in the way of defensive options other than throwing himself in the way of an attack.
Bats is versatile and his prepping is good, but his defense is shit. His main asset would probably be being able to stash you somewhere well protected, but most of the players would be more than capable of breaking into any facility he tries to hide you in.
It's been awhile since I've watched KFP, but I don't remember Tai Lung having anything other than generic mystical kung fu powers. Same goes for Sagat, although I haven't watched the SF cartoon.
Shredder may have an army of ninjas, but who on this chart couldn't take them out? Beyond that he has lackluster, comparatively, combat skills and all of his krang tech beyond his suit itself is broken iirc.
I've never watched Cybersix, so I can't really comment on her.

Here's the trouble: Picking Batman to protect you may end up with you dead, because it's quite possible that the other eight could overpower him. However, if you don't pick him, he WILL figure out a bullshit way to take down the one guy protecting you. Especially with the help of the others.
