Problems with the new show include the numerous and blatant errors, the modern look that puts some people off, humor that doesn't always or just doesn't at all click, a good number of story-lines that aren't interesting or aren't done well, and it being a oxymoron of being the same but being too different.
Even if someone were to say they like the reboot, the problems are just too transparent.

Remember all those great running gags PPG had in that world they setup? All those memorable characters? That timeless humor? It's gone. I'm not even going to mention it's shit animation and mismatched characters, it's writing is just garbage. Borrows heavily from TTGO, but without any of the humor that show occasionally has. Plots focused on the characters but flandarized all the characters so they come off even more flat, memes and attempts to "modernize" everything that come off as out of touch, and genuine attempts at messages that the original show parodied multiple times.
