I'm going to let you in on a secret /co/. Two years ago I was involved in a new project for marvel, on a 4 issue mini, starring Spiral. It was mostly comedy, and I was really proud of it.
A few months before it we set to go out, while the earliest artwork was being worked on, the plug got pulled, as Marvel had just decided to have no new projects with mutant characters for a while.
