Percy's on GA right now and essentially bringing what he's been doing over to rebirth, although rebirth i think will be more focused on rebuilding the GA mythos now that he's spent these last 12-13 issues rebuilding GA himself.
Percy's been doing classic leftist GA but updating the politics to the current political climate, so he's not calling people "fat cats" anymore

Most people agree Lemire's run is good which is #17-34, plus #23.1 (count vertigo villains month issue), and the futures end issue.
My problem with Lemire's run is that while it gives him this cool johns-esque mythos a la green lantern, it totally botches any GA characterization and he becomes generic action hero #whatever.
Percy's run is #41 to present plus an annual. For the most part he avoids any of what Lemire presented but he brought over Emiko, and the classic characterization. his problem is what I just stated in that he doesn't carry over any of Lemire's mythos

Static and Mr. Terrific : although both are unoriginal to have the potential to be something decent.
They should do what Marvel did and just create a new hero like The Blue Marvel. Or Give Priest free reign to creat something new
1) The Flash -- finally a halfway decent WRITER on this book (ManaBucc, while good writers on other series, offered nothing for The Flash except pretty art; no words need to be said about Venditti and Jensen)
2) Batman -- I love Tom King. I'm excited to see David Finch be utilized in interesting ways. Mikel Janin, for example, has his flaws, but King used him masterfully in his scripted issues of Grayson.
3) Green Arrow -- Percy has been getting better, and all recent signs point to this book getting a lot freer, weirder, and even sexier as Rebirth comes.
4) Wonder Woman -- not much to say, besides it being the biggest creator team improvement. I'm not a huge fan of Rucka on Wondy, though, but at least it'll be readable.
5) New Super-Man -- Chinese Superman. Basically the book Yang was made to write.
6) Batgirl -- I've only read Solo by Larson, but as near as I can tell, she might write the definitive "young girl comic" for Babs.
7) Cyborg -- Semper is an interesting choice for a writer, and I think the breadth of his oeuvre (mostly in animation, but small stuff in other places) could make the comic good. In any case, the book will have solid art by Paul Pelletier and Will Conrad.
8) Aquaman -- Abnett's run so far has been a breath of fresh air. Still, I'm Aquaman is Aquaman, and I'm not THAT big a fan of Abnett anyway.
9) Action Comics -- I've liked Jurgens' "Superman: Lois and Clark", so I'll almost definitely be reading this. Still, as a Super-family book, I'm...cautious that it'll remain good.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I'm at least partially convinced that Johns thinks Semper's run will be sooo good that it'll be a critical darling and, with the bi-monthly format pushing out more trades each year (and with Cyborg being well-known to kids/millenials), it'll eventually pushed hard outside of comic shops. One thing I've seen is that Semper's made a LOT of stuff for kids, so I can imagine it being a bimonthly way of keeping the "Gotham Academy" vibe.
Otherwise, my only thought is that, since Cyborg is still on JL and all of the other Rebirth JL members have bi-monthlies (going by the Justice League cover, that's Batman, Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Green Lanterns), they felt they HAD to give Cyborg a bimonthly.
And I guess that makes sense? Although, being quite honest, it's at least a bit silly, given that Cyborg is a low-seller.
