I figure that Ava's gonna put up an excellent fight because she's currently at the height of her power. However, at a critical moment, that potion is gonna take its toll and that'll be all that Six needs to get the upper hand. Maybe Gil will make use of his powers to save Ava at that point, possibly making Maggie jealous, or Maggie grudgingly makes the save. Could go many ways, really.

I think it depends. Good writing can save a comic with mediocre art, but good art carries way more weight because its more appealing to look at and digest. Hence why Ava's Demon is great, despite kinda mediocre writing (although I think the world building is solid). The biggest thing with appealing to an audience seems to be consistent updates, I mean take a look at the QC general.

I think the opposite. Good art can only carry a story for so long until the story grows tiresome and It feels more like a pretty slideshow. Good writing makes up for ok art more assuming the art does it's job visually and Good character dialogue and execution of a plot stand out more than how good it looks which this comic failed to do for me, especially the dialogue feels very immature.
