This is what it says.
1. You would be correct. In this scenario though, I believe it's just Anakin doing the fighting while the son imbues him with the dark side, drastically increasing his power.
Originally The Son wanted to use Anakin as his replacement to stay on Mortis so he could return to the galaxy and rule it, but eventually changed his plan when he became distraught over killing his sister. Whereas this scenario the father never got the chance to wipe Anakin's minds of the visions and the son took over essentially.
It's either, the son isn't fighting and Anakin is doing all of it through sheer force, which is possible considering the Yoda/Sidious comment says they fear Anakin, not the son, or the son's immortality is only gone when the father stabs himself with the blade, as opposed to being stabbed by someone else.

It would mostly be about the year or so that Luke spends traveling the galaxy trying to find out where Han went while developing into a Jedi. He'd be without a lightsaber for the first series, trying to gather parts and crystals that would fit his style as Yoda guides him via telekinesis. The second and final series is when he develops his force powers enough to become a Jedi Knight and confront Jabba the Hutt. The series finale is an adaptation of the first act of RotJ and an epilogue episode with Luke disappearing from the public life, like Simon the Digger.

Unknown, maybe some Jedi that actually lived after the Purge, but only one or two at the most. They're like Kanan really, as in they hid from their true identities for so long that becoming Jedi is a definite challenge for them.
Others could include a few rebel military leaders, but Luke sees this as a bad idea because he doesn't want the Jedi to associated with any type of military presence, fearing the public will only see the Jedi as attack dogs again.

It would be about him trying to make the Jedi become a known presence again in the galaxy, but he has to deal with the decades of Imperial propaganda that has soured the public perception of the Jedi as a whole. And fighting Dark Side users that have wormed their way out of the woodwork as well as Imperial loyalists. He's also trying to find people with Force Abilities, which is difficult.

An animated episodic series of one-offs starring Luke wandering around and learning about himself while helping out the new Republic or people he meets along the way could be neat, though. Unnecessary, but there's actual room for it. Have it take place not too long after Return of the Jedi, before he establishes his new Order.

Commander content was included in "Ultimate Star Wars". Uprising has been referenced in "Aftermath", and "Shattered Empire", and the story was actually written by Alexander Freed, one of the current Canon authors (Twilight Company).
Battlefront is also """"canon"""", but more in it's visual authenticity, than anything else, seeing as there's no story content. Shit like Greedo fighting for the Empire, Sheev on Endor, and Han getting Orbital Blasted from space on Hoth, is obviously not Canon, in the same way that your individual Uprising character design, or Commander Base design, is also not Canon.
Videogames are always dubious with Canon, which is why it's a little worrying that Lucasfilm gave Vidya a thumbs up to be included in Canon. Especially mobile games. But so far, the games haven't presented any problems. The mobile games have actually just been "re-canonization dumps", because a lot of the stuff in Uprising/Commander is EU stuff being introduced into Canon.

Healing with the Force isn't out of the question, but I doubt we'll ever see it again. It's a tension killer when you know there is a cleric around to Heal Grievous Wounds (ha ha). Like the episode when Anakin was injured and Ahsoka and Aayla had to take him to the village of the scottish lemurs.
Of course it could just be a specialist skill not every Jedi knows or is capable of using. At any rate it should and very likely is possible to heal with the Force, but we've only seen something similar (to my knowledge) with the Nightsisters who have an uncanny ability to manipulate the Living Force. A transfusion of pure living energies. They were able to turn Savage into a Force User which also acted like steroids, making him incredibly strong and durable. Talzin also "fixed" Maul's mental illness and restored some of his ills. Couldn't fix his missing limbs without using the Force to create robot legs out of dead battle droids.
I don't know. The most I remember of Jedi healing in canon is Yoda's doctor in the last arc, and she relied on machines for what we saw. And a knowledge of the Force, true, but they put him in a machine to help him meditate. His wounds also were believed to be mental, not physical. At least they indicate that mental attacks are possible through the Force, but we already know that. The Mind Trick is the obvious one but Sidious' magic cauldron ritual was another big one, worthy of Talzin using sympathetic "magick" to fuck up Dooku.

The most wasted character in all of Star Wars.
Boba Fett had the problem that he was underrated by Lucas and naively tossed aside.
Other "underused" characters, like Kit Fisto, had their spotlights in various places, be it EU, TCW, books, or the movies.
Phasma has a sick design, a very imposing presence, and a voice that melts me in a way that I can't quite explain, and yet she is literally tossed into the garbage and "killed" offscreen, after having barely a minute of screentime, after all her marketing and toy shilling.
And yes, she is coming back in 8, but lets not make any mistake here, if they actually cared about her character before the positive reception and sales, she would have had shit to do in TFA.
Her purpose in the movie was basically the "bodyguard" to be bypassed, and for Finn to make funny faces at.
And that is why even looking at Phasma makes me sad.

I'm just saying that, in the context of what we have so far, she is nothing but disappointment in TFA, they could have just had a regular Stormtrooper Commander in her place and literally nothing would have changed.
Like I said though, dat voice, I could hear it when reading Before the Awakening and it made me realize how much I want to see more of Phasma. She is a very interesting character, but without BTA, I wouldn't care, because in TFA she is just a shiny Stormtrooper with a cape who is a glorified prop.
BTA made me realize that her character has enough potential for her own actual story arc, let alone an actual action scene.
