That's the one called Master Xeanhort. You're used to the guy that used to be Ansem from the first game and Xemnas.
Back during Birth by Sleep, there used to be a Jedi Order of keyblade wielders. At the top of the pile was Old Xeanhort and Mark Hamil.
Xeanhort wanted to get the super-duper ancient Keyblade that's so old and powerful it has the greek symbol for Chi(prounded like Key) for a name.
The three upstart protaganists tried to stop him.
Terra got possessed, and his mind and spirit put into a suit of armor. Xeanhort took his body because he was old as fuck.
Ven got half his soul torn out and turned into a proto-nobody or something. To survive, he had to put what was left into Sora's heart. This is why Ven and Roxas look identical.
Aqua got put to sleep and is stuck in the shadow realm. Sora and Co, are going to bust her out.
The next game will have Sora and Riku, who have taken the jedi mastery test, along with Kairi who has a Keyblade now, and Axel who is now a real boy again(and so are some of the other Org 13 folk) he also has a keyblade.
They're going to add the BBS trio to their lot to have 7 Warriors of Light to fight 13 Warrior of Darkness. More on them if you want.

Having Star Wars or MCU worlds would be a mistake. They're Disney owned properties, but they're not "Disney Movies" the same way the movies featured in the games are. Disney owned properties that they didn't create don't have the same sort of magic.
Also Pirates of the Caribbean is all the evidence we need that worlds based on live action are bad news.
