Nobody picks up on this, and he doesn't bother telling anyone what happened (that he opened a breach to another universe).
The episode continues on with a plot that only Cisco can open breaches to other universes.

Why didn't Barry stop Zoom after Wally was handed over instead of actually going ahead with the deal? Was it supposed to be honor or something, or maybe just too many people who could be hurt by Zoom?
I was hoping the whole running on the treadmill to drain speedforce was just for show, Barry wasn't really losing an ounce of his speed and it was just a cover to get Zoom to inject something else into his body
But then it wasnt

they actually just went along with it?

That's what I thought. Like currently Zoom isn't out wantonly killing everyone Flash cares about but holding hostages. Betray or try to go back on a deal with Zoom would likely escalate things so they play along. Of course that can only go so far. I mean did they expect Zoom to just leave once he got what he wanted and have no interest in speedless Barry anymore?

It was dumb but as Zoom proved, Barry isn't actually substantially faster than him. If he went back on his word and Zoom somehow slipped from his fingers then no question Zoom would straightup murder some folks before doing another hostage situation, to prove a point.
