Anon, how old are you? Are you even fro the US? Because I was 11 (same age as Danny) on 9/11 and it was a big fucking deal even for kids and I lived in Illinois. It was a much bigger deal for people living on the East Coast and especially NYC. It wasn't just something adults talked about.
