Have in mind I liked the C level flicks, but Captain America movies are the best of the non crossover bunch.

Winter Soldier isn't much better than the rest of them. The good action choreography shines through the really bad shaky cam and absolutely horrible editing, which is why people enjoy it so much. Plot wise it's pretty much just a filler story like the rest of the movies between the Avengers movies.

Yeah, Cap's gotten it good. They have a degree of respect for thier source material too. The Thor movies just seem to be ashamed of the Asgard setting, and both Iron Man sequels are trying too hard for irreverent ad-libbing the first movie got by on.
