Like the one Cap dives on, he opens the door and kicks out the wind shield, but no one ever gets out. There's a minor cut there so something might've been pulled, but there's no background civis running away when he drives off either.

there's sense of weight in this chase scene, it really felt like they were running so fast. The Russos really knows how to handle action. I hope when they've done MCU, they can work on something else related to action thriller.

That's one of my favorite things about the Russos. One of the easiest ways to show someone is super strong is to have them wreck some shit in a fight. They have a way of adding power and weight to fights WITHOUT wrecking a ton of shit. You really get the feeling that these people have total control over their powers.
