I know about the deleted scene, but it still irks me that out of things Peter did before this the Side Boob Hour is what sets Lois off.
Sure, a show dedicated to a naked Quagmire is perfectly fine.
I find the prospect of filling an entire hour of regular scheduling with quick cuts to different celebrity side-boobs to be an undertaking of dubious viability.
