What do you guys think about the new Sabretooth? I just got caught up on Uncanny X-men and the first two issues of Deadpool (Sabretooth vs Deadpool storyline.)
I like him. Bunn is doing some good character work with him in Uncanny, I think. He's a good foil for the other team members. And its neat to see him comparing his old life to his new life.

Not less heroic, I mean, less controlled. AoA Sabretooth had a more controlled, heroic composure most of the time.
He was probably meant as a replacement for Wolverine. Frankly I fucking hate how Marvel feels the need to turn villains into heroes all the time. I guess it's because almost every single event/crossover is heroes vs. heroes so why even bother having a bunch of villains by this point.

I like some villains like Loki/Doom/Mags as anti-heroes but Sabertooth has nothing going for him besides being another Wolverine clone now
