Can /co/ recommend comics that have a focus on childhood or early teen romance? Is there a Wonder Years style comic?

That's the same as CP to hotpocket-san

The only other /co/ source I could think of right now was SU and last time I was here the show seemed to trigger half of /co/.

It's pretty fucking good. 100% a case of don't judge a book by it's cover.

>Mfw I never had any childhood or early teen romance
>Mfw I don't even have a romance now

>Had a vague crush on a girl I knew in school
>Haven't seen her for a few years
>Out of the blue, had the teenage romance equivalent of a wet dream involving her a couple of nights ago
>No snu-snu, just french kisses and cuddling
>Wake up not knowing why the fuck it happened
>Keep getting reminded of it whenever romance gets brought up now
My heart won't take much more of this

I had a childhood romance. It's pretty fucking stupid honestly. They end for as pointless reasons as they begin.

Oh I've got to second this shit.
It starts out as a French Mean Girls but it definitely develops into some real shit.

>mfw reading this
I feel anger and I get a boner and I feel depression and by the end I feel happiness.
I want to get off this rollercoaster.

just call her
tell her that you have had dreams about her out of nowhere
then hang up
The only thing I can kind of think of isn't /co/ related. I get the sense that most western writers try to avoid romance stories with a focus on underaged characters; they tend to do slice-of-life with occasional romance elements instead.

Yeah, Little Archie is the perfect example of that.

The thing I was thinking of was 14-sai no koi, by the way. Haven't read it in a while, I don't really remember much about it.
I dunno. Maybe western writers are more scared of being accused of pedophilia or something? I get the sense that Americans are more uptight about that sort of thing, especially compared to Japanese writers. It certainly seems like there aren't any stories that focus on young love, and stories that feature it as a side element tend to just portray it as silliness and hand-holding.
Except for maybe Romeo and Juliet. I wonder if Shakespeare was writing stuff today whether he'd be called a pervert.

Sjws would destroy him.

He'd be called Larry David.

Not OP
I had love triangles. I liked a girl and a girl liked me but those girls were not the same.
That said I love these childhood romances. I guess I want to make up for the missed opportunities from my childhood.
