Episode 3: Mabel comes out as a turtlekin. Meanwhile, Stan and Ford get married, although it is illegal. The episode ends with a fifteen minute speech about why judging others is wrong.
Episode 4: Scandal as Pacifica's family is revealed to make their wealth using child slave labor. At first the Pines are mad, but then Stan decides to get some foreign child slaves of their own and the Shack flourishes. The episode ends with a lesson on economic market forces for the kids.
Episode 5: Gideon becomes a drug mule smuggling heroin in his body cavity. But oh no! The heroin is haunted! Hijinks ensue.

Episode 1: Old Man McGuckett is arrested for exposing himself to kids at the city park. B plot. Mabel eats a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Hilarity ensures.
Episode 2: Wendy gets pregnant but she's fucked literally half the town while drunk so has no idea who the father could be. She goes on one of those Paternity Test shows on daytime TV. It's revealed that Stan is the father, but since Wendy is underage, he goes to prison for statutory rape and gets gangbanged by giant niggers. Wendy gets an abortion. The end.
Episode 3: Dipper accidentally opens a hole in the space time continuum and lands in 2004 at the gig where Dimebag Darrell was capped. Can he stop the guitarist from being shot or is history doomed to a predetermined path?
Episode 4: Pacifica's dad accidentally hits a golf ball into her mouth while on the golf course. She chokes to death and dies. B-plot where Bill becomes a stand-up comedian.
Episode 5: Family Guy-Gravity Falls crossover. Hilarity ensures.
Episode 6: Dipper becomes addicted to Reddit memes. Can Mabel save him before it's too late?
Episode 7: ISIS invades Gravity Falls, but the second they see Waddles, they panic and turn back the other direction because pigs are haram. However, before this happens, they plant a bomb inside the Mystery Shack while Wendy and one of her hundreds of lovers is fucking in the broom closet. The blast leaves them unharmed, but it does blow out the entire side of the building exposing the couple to the entire town. Embarrassing much?

Expand Pacifica's role. She was a hell of a lot more interesting than Wendy, who came off as two dimensional and pigeon holed into her 'cool teen' archetype.

Episode 6 and half of Episode 3 sound great.
Episode 1: Stan And Ford now have a much bigger ship and run it as a base in the Atlantic Ocean. As Ford is sleeping someone portals in and releases the essence of Bill from Stans mind while he is sleeping. They portal away and Stan is seen jumping up from slumber as if something wrong had happened. Ford is seen sleeping on the other side of the room.
Someone portals next to Bills statue, places a widget onto the statue which dissolves into it, and gives it a deal. The statue cannot move but a glimpse of yellow light appears on the statues Eye. The figure shakes Bills hand and the statue explodes.
Episode airs next summer, one year later. Mabel and Dipper head back to Gravity Falls and wait for Ford and Stan to return from the Atlantic Ocean, which will happen in one week. They stay with Soos in the Mystery Shack and light hearted hijinks ensue. The above drama happens at the beginning and end of the episode, in order respectively.
An obligatory chubby guy fanservice episode (and maybe another scene with Candy and Grenda in a swimsuit because all Grendafags need to be thrown a bone, which makes all 9 of you), where all the cute chubs who have yet to take their shirts off finally do.

>Episode 1 - Welcome Back
Opens with a distant view of a lone Station Wagon, cutting through the tall snow-capped trees along the long twisty highway. Road weary parents driving in the front seat. The pine twins are in the back seat, apparently angry at one another over some teenage thing. Dipper in warm clothing, and the hat he received from Wendy. Mabel in her most Christmasified sweater. The two are still not speaking to each other when they arrive. A blizzard descends on the lone vehicle, just as they arrive at the shack. Mr. Mystery himself, Soos, is waiting to bid the gang a tear filled greeting. Like an ant under a mountain of gravel, Soos whisks their luggage into the shack, unwilling to hear about all the "hotel plan" nonsense. Melody and Wendy jump up to greet the twins as they enter. The Stans extend a warm welcome, but are clearly also grumpy toward each other for some reason. The parents are absorbing the exhibits at the shack with Wendy and Melody's help. Stanford starts nerding out to Dipper about some object that the Stans found on their journey, but gets caught up arguing about it with Stanley. There is a sudden realization that Mabel is missing. Checking outside, the gang immediately sees hundreds of tiny footprints leading away from the shack in the snow... and hilarity ensues.
>Episode 2 - ThankXmasika Eve
While Mabel and her parents are busied with Mabel's new obsession for multi-holiday decorations, Dipper grapples with the frustration of hidden knowledge. Sure, the Stans are getting along now, but the agreement they came to was to clam up and not spend the season involved in Stanford's research trip, despite Dippers protest to the contrary. It seems that if Dipper wants to know, he will have to investigate... and hilarity ensues.

Mabel is irritated that Dipper is so absorbed in his new mystery, that he isn't spending time with her. Her frustrations seem remedied, when two more Dippers appear... ahe.

Mabel sees no reason why everyone can't get a happy ending, including the Dipper clones, but the real world may not be so cooperative. All of this may be for nothing, if team Dipper can't come up with a way to save Gravity Falls from it's mysterious pink queen. If that wasn't trouble enough, now Dipper must face an old foe alone, when Wendy is kidnapped by Rumble McSkirmish... Thrilling holiday conclusion ensues!

It's about fleshing them out. Wendy never got a chance to evolve beyond her shallow unattainable love interest hole. Robbie never got to be more than a two dimensional bully. Pacifica had NMM and nothing else.
Imagine a series of NMM's, building on characterizations, delving into depths only hinted at. We don't even have any fucking idea how Wendy handled her mother's death. There's TONS of potential, especially if the bad guys GET mental on them.
Gravity Falls goes 3D. Hijinks ensue.
Mabel becomes a cam girl, Dipper competes because of sibling rivalry and makes his sister jealous with his success.

Season 3 Episode 1: Not What She Seems
>The bell rings and a flow of students pour out of a sun drenched California school. a noticeably older Dipper and Mabel push through the crowd towards the bus with gleeful expressions on their faces. They look to each other and exclaim "SUMMER BREAK!"
>Ford and Stan are shown in the Arctic, pushing through a snowstorm towards a shadowy obelisk in the distance. Ford is transcribing the events in a new Journal while Stan is pushing aside snow beasts. Suddenly, Stan falls to a knee, gripping his forehead and groaning in agony. "Not again..." he mutters as Ford adds the occurrence to his log. "These headaches are exponentially increasing in frequency! Maybe we should go back!" Stan shakes his head, punches another snow beast, and the two push further.
>In Gravity Falls, Pacifica is walking through the forest, looking through a photo album of the previous summer. She lands on the photo of her and Dipper right before he left, and wonders what he's up to. She sits down against a rock closes the book, and her eyes.

Robbie's growing-up story also sounds like it could have good momentum. A teen entering adulthood in a weird town strikes me as more interesting than Dipper & Mabel entering their teen years while in a weird town tbqh.
Aimed squarely at the young female demographic, Season 3 is a spin-off about Bishie Bill and his kawaii desu adventures. Heavily marketed in China and Japan, it becomes the next Twilight. A live-action film adaptation makes 3 billion dollars of teen estrogen bucks.
So, like, the only thing left to cover from Hirsh's perspective is Aliens. So I say fuck it, do aliens.
Start the show two or three years after Weirdmageddon, Gravity Falls is "normal", as in it's a real town now, but the weirdness is still there. Unfortunately, as GF is an actual town now, it has a place on a map, and a place in the local school district.
Cue loads of bitching as a mass merger between the oddities of Gravity Falls and the eerie gated perfection of, I don't know, let's call it "Boring, Oregon" starts to take place.
Start in the springtime, with a character from Boring moving to Gravity Falls and catching on very quickly to all the weirdness. However, the weirdness in GF is also starting to reveal all sorts of fucked up conspiracies in Boring, namely the fact that more than a few town residents may or may not be part of a species of aliens that's currently moving in towards Earth for the purposes of full on invasion.
Start with a fresh cast from Boring so you aren't bogged down in all the plotline shit from the earlier seasons, only slowly reintegrating them after the midseason finale when the new world is already established, namely the beginning of summer when the Mystery Twins come back to town for the first time since Weirdmageddon.
Keep the plot simple but well thought out. GF's lore got fucked up because after NWHS there wasn't really that much more to reveal, but Hirsh had to keep pretending there was. Play on the idea of paranoia that GF started on at times, with the constant fear of invasion, not hostile takeover by Bill, but intentional sabotage by an "evil" group trying to take over the world. New characters also means new ships that don't involve Bill or incest or Wendip or garbage.

A few years after the events of the season 2 finale Stan and Ford go MIA during one their adventures, Dipper and Mable return to Gravity Falls in search of any clues as to where they might be, only to find many of Bill's henchmen survived in the heads of some townsfolk, and are now using them to set up a massive ritual to resurrect their leader. Due to Dipper and Fords absence the ritual is already in its latter stages. The twins gather up everyone who they think they can trust to try and thwart this ritual before it's too late. In one of the later episodes it is discovered that Ford and Stan were being held captive by the henchmen in Gravity Falls, Ford being used for his knowledge of the super natural, and Stan being used for the traces of Bill left in his body and mind. In the finale Bill will rise again, Dipper and Mable will have to face him without anyone else and put all their knowledge to the test.
Throw in some filler episodes and that's that, I'm no writer so I think my GF season would probably be pretty bad .
Slowly deepen the relationship between Dipper and Pacifica.
At the end they kiss, on the lips.
