I'm dropping marvel books left and right cause I don't like this ANAD stuff but I really appreciate how marvel gets its stories done quickly. marvel is going to do 8 issues in roughly a month... and say... Darkseid War still wont be finished. DC finally gonna start double shipping books but it took them what, 4 years to figure this stuff out? Marvel is so much better at keeping everything going. Brevoort flat stated main Marvel Universe is "Earth Prime" now. For some reason he never liked the 616 denomination, and with Secret Wars had the chance to actually change the denomination.
Except nobody cared.
The fans not caring about it could be expected.
But even in-books everybody calls it 616- at first Brevoort stated it was because Secret Wars ending was delayed and they wanted to keep the secret development of universal reboot with Main Marvel Universe as "Prime Earth", but MONTHS passed since then and everybody KEEPS calling it 616. In-books.
So, yeah, nobody care and fans are making fun of Brevoort's fixation.
