COIE never happened, as a result, the multiverse is constituted of millions of alternate realities instead of just the 52, and Pre 52 Superman is coming to the New 52 reality with his Lois, and son John to seemingly take over as it's Superman. Zero Hour Paralax is also currently fighting New 52 Hal, and Earth 2 has a new planet after their original one was destroyed in World's End.

Pre 52 Superman, Lois, and their son John showed up in the mini Superman: Lois and Clark, which confirms that they were on the New 52 Earth from before Darkseid attack in JL#1.

The question becomes however what happens to New Superman, because while reports suggest that Pre 52 Superman will be getting Action, the solicits to Superman suggested that he and his loved ones will take center stage within that book as well. Some suspect that this would suggest that our newest version of the Man of Steel might be taking a long term nap of sorts, allowing for his predecessor to take back the responsibilities that used to be his. What is interesting however is that this image was used leading up to the reveal of the creative teams for Rebirth books.

Don't know. If I did, I wouldn't have painted the picture as uncertain as it seems, but another thread just popped up where Jurgans confirms that New 52 Superman is still alive and present post Rebirth, so that is one thing potentially known for sure. I seem to recall Jurgans having said something was going to be a particular way after a status quo shake up in the past though, and think he ended up being dead wrong about it, so I'm taking it with a grain of salt.
