Because his was just an updated entry. His power chart hasn't changed from what it already was. Same with X-23 and Thor (assuming Jane's Thor form is as powerful in each category as Thor Odinson). Power Charts were only given for characters that didn't already have one.

It's actually even more confusing than that, because DC renamed Earth-0 to "Prime Earth" when the New 52 happened, while still having "our Earth" as "Earth Prime." They ended up dropping the "Prime Earth" name because it was too confusing and wasn't catching on then went back to calling it Earth-0.
And now Brevoort is trying to force Prime Earth as the new name for 616. If DC couldn't make it work, why the fuck does he think they can?

Marvel is weird and iirc things like strength stay pretty close for the first 5 but 6 takes a major jump and 7 is basically anything higher than 6. which means like a hulk and galactus would both have 7 strength.
