If the show is called Star Wars Rebels how come there ain't no X-Wings in it

X-wings were developed a few years before the events of episode IV. Rebels takes place at least 12 years prior since Ahsoka has grown a bit and Leia hasn't made an appearance.

I love the fact that it uses less-casual tech. Chopper was a Y-wing astromech, we've seen a prototype B-wing and their pilots use A-wings.
I wouldn't be surprised if we see a Z-95 or a refurbished ARC-170 before we see an X-wing.
