With yesterday's update, Slick said that Union Jack was this sessions version of english implying that he appears in every session in some way or form.
It can be assumed that all normal sessions produce Doc Scratch in the same way that he was created in the troll's session. The only reason that Bec and GodCat was created was through out of session interference. This can also be assumed of the God salamander in the game version of homestuck.
Going into details of how Doc is created in every session: The Cal Doll infused with the sole of English is destined to appear in every session of a derse dreamer through either chuckle voodoo or contact with the terror horrors. Cue balls are a natural occurrence in most every session we have seen.
