So who should be the first villain in the Batfleck trilogy? There have been rumblings that the Red Hood might be involved. We already know that Leto Joker will have a presence in some form ( hopefully with Harley in tow) but what other villains should they put on screen or redo better than before?

Everything about batfleck was great except the killing. Even TDK Returns Bats refused to kill and he's one of Batman's more brutal/dark incarnations and what batfleck is based on.
I do love how those hostages and cops were terrified of him at the beginning. All you saw and heard was their terror and screams throughout the building.
Action scenes were top tier as well. Great use of gadgetry.

Beyond that, there are several moments where he seems to act out of malice or cruelty in his fights, rather than just efficiently stopping his opponents.

Mr. Freeze is a perfect choice for a movie villain - actors often don't want to come back to play villains and he essentially has one good arc to adapt anyway, which is why Victor is just in general better suited for adaptations than comics. I'd imagine the movie would need another villain as well though, especially considering the new Batman characterization, though - maybe just one of the semi-regular mob bosses?

One of my favorite bits from BvS was how Batman actually utilized his detective skills and was working a case since before the beginning of the movie.
For that, I'd love to see a more humdrum Batman story, something where the fate of the world isn't in his hands, or where Gotham City is in existential peril. Just Batman working a weapons case or something like that, with the 'legitimate businessman' version of the Penguin as the kingpin. Hell, even bring in some of that 'the Cobblepots were founding members of Gotham' stuff so we can see Bruce spar with Oswald in public.
