I'm gonna say high 50s to low 60 fresh. It'll be serviceable but people will feel burnt after AoU, wary of the premise after BvS, and there's too many characters for any but the biggest to get any actual development.
But it'll have one important leg up, and that's CONTEXT. People here vastly underestimate the power of context in a narrative. That'll keep the reviews somewhat optimistic.
