The Kankers are presented in a more favorable light and act more as rivals to the Eds than antagonists. Often beating them out at getting jawbreakers because of their inherent superiority.

I would actually be okay with more characters introduced to the show. Even as a kid it felt like a barren wasteland, and the void got bigger when they tried putting them into a school situation.
Jimmy comes out as trans, Sarah is in a lesbian relationship with him/ her. The eds no longer try to scam people for jawbreakers/ quarters because that's a bad lession for children. The show focuses more on their schooling and becomes a middle school drama. Rolf is removed , stereotypes are offensive. The parents are introduced and are pivotal characters to the plot now. The art is computer generated and none of the original voice actors are used. All technology will be relevant from our universe, the cul de sac is turned into a suburb of the expanding city. Kanker sisters are removed from the show because they'll no longer be relevant to the plot.
One season, 8 episodes, then canceled.
