Ok, now I'm pretty sure you haven't watched any of the season 10 episodes, let alone S6-S9.
Poof was never a major character outside of a few of his introduction episodes, and the episodes that took place at his school. He was otherwise essentially a prop. For most of his run, he couldn't even speak.
Sparky was a legit bad character, I'll give you that, but he was done away with relatively quickly and was at worst an occasionally appearing annoyance outside of a few episodes that focused on him and were bad.
Neither character has yet to appear in Season 10, by the way.
Also, Chloe being a "mary sue" is only said by autists who think that because Mr. Crocker liked her and trusts her, a subversion of how he hates Timmy and suspects him of fairies, is being a "sue". She's absolutely crazy, childish, even ditzy at times.
