I always enjoyed Hawkeye as a character. I haven't read any of the new comics other than few issues of Faction's run since I stopped reading comics after the Heroic Age.
I always liked him when he had the purple and blue costume. I was introduced to Hawkeye through a Spiderman comic (all I remember he turned bad or something and attacked Spiderman). He was a character I never seen before and really started picking up any comic I saw him in. He was awesome in Thunderbolts and really shined as a character. Pic related will always be my favorite comic.

Despite this thread seemingly being shitposting at this point, I'll put my two cents in.
I liked the Faction series. Though I ended up reading it in one go, it was an interesting story that focused on Hawkeye's down time, and I thought that was interesting. It also made me more alright in Kate since I never found Young Avengers to be all that good.
Keeping in mind that I've always kind of liked Hawkeye, especially after reading him in Thunderbolts, Avengers Forever, and West Coast Avengers, I also just enjoyed reading more of him. He's always been pretty good in what he shows up with, and he's always been a pretty cool guy.
My only problem is Hawkeye after Faction. He's always portrayed as a sad-sack and overshadowed by Kate. While it was sort of interesting in Faction, it's gotten old. I mean, I guess it's just a part of his character to get over a tough time, at the moment, but it's started to feel off.
Here's hoping he gets to do more stuff in New Avengers, but in the current Hawkeye books, from what I read, he's just continuously on the deep end.
