Personally I think they're very cute, even if Vinicius is Adventure Time as fuck (he's still my favourite design). The animation itself is super fluid. Watching these guys actually makes me wanna do some exercise in a hot poverty-stricken country.
They're much better than those eyeball things from London 2012. I think the only reason I remember them is because I saw them not long ago in a bargain bin along with other leftover Olympic tat.

I think this. Its very colorful and like you said fluid.
Of course there is some best bros vibes from this similar to Adventure Time or even Regular Show but I don't think that's a bad vibe. I'm also just a sucker for cartoons that don't depend on words.
