That image makes Tom's head way to small in the overlay. There's like an inch of empty space around his head, which would only make sense if it were a helmet like BP's. But it's clearly elastic fabric, which would push down his ears/hair and thus be smaller overall, not bigger.

Every character who is normal using wide range weapons and shooting, seems to be getting a stick.
Black Widow and Hawkeye got sticks, too.
