Miles Morales. I was on board with the idea of having a legacy Spidey in the Ultimate Universe. When I read it, I thought "Huh, ok, that's disappointing, he's basically a cardboard cutout that has a whole personality based on not being Peter." Not to mention the stupid one-punch-win attack he kept using. So I didn't pick it up. Next thing you know, Marvel shoves him in my face every chance they have and merged him into 616 for no reason beyond muh diversity.
Then Bendis has the Gaul to make him give a speech about not wanting to be the black Spider-Man? Nigga, you're the one that did that! I just wanted a quirky alternate take on the character! By the end of it, Yost's Scarlet Spider was the one that did it right. Fucking sick of what Marvel's become.

He was so inconsistent in Prime. One minute he's going batshit because he lost a chance to kill a coma induced Megatron, but then when Meg's is unarmed and injured, he doesn't take it. The issue is that Optimus has become an icon for your perception of heroism, and because that perception isn't the same for everyone, his character has become inconsistent.
