The Good: It's flash, but it's well done flash. The animation is snappy, the style is appealing and well drawn (look PPG, lineweight is good for you). The voice acting sounds solid. The color palette is varied, without being intense.
The Bad: It doesn't show any scenes outside of the home. The girls seem to act like a single character instead of 10 individuals. Diaper joke practically assures the fandom will attract the shittiest of fetishists.
Polished on the surface. Not enough to tell about the story. Will watch with cautious optimism.

They don't need to be more than 1-D (Tom and Jerry basically stick to the same formula.).
