We've known about this for so long and you fags kept hyping it up I honestly felt nothing.
>>
I thought it was a Star Destroyer from the thumbnail.
>>
>>80643896
ditto. what is it atually?
>>
>>80643896

Same.

>>80643915

Antman.
>>
Okay seriously am I the only one completely annoyed by the entire concept of Ant-man in the movies? They bring up this point in his movie about how he can hit so hard and crap because his mass stays the same when he's smaller, yet everything he does revolves around him being light weight. How can he run on people, ride ants and ride this arrow when his mass is that of a normal human being? This scene in the trailer is ridiculous
>>
>>80644321
It's not real
>>
>>80644321
His mass pretty clearly is not retained. As for how he can still hit so hard, I guess he's proportionately much stronger. So like a mini Hulk.
>>
>>80644321
Two words: Pym.Particles.
>>
>>80644354
in ant-man didn't they say his mass is retained however?

It's retained depending on what the plot requires
>>
>>80644374
I think they said he has the same energy and force as a full sized human but not mass. Pretty sure in the comics he can selectively decide whether or not to keep his mass when he shrinks.
>>
>it's pym particles
>i ain't gotta explain shit
>>
>military tank shrunk
>weight reduced so it can be carried on key chain

>toy train inflated to car size
>gains enough mass to blow through a house

Again, it was totally arbitrary depending on what the plot required
>>
>>80644494
That seems pretty consistent - The mass changes with size.

>>80644414
>Pretty sure in the comics he can selectively decide whether or not to keep his mass when he shrinks.
This is correct.
>>
>>80644321
pym particles are like speed force in that they're just some stupid bullshit to excuse powers that make no sense

just roll with it
>>
>>80644374
They say it when they talk about it but it never actually happens that way.

>>80644514
Not true. Pym particles have defined properties.
>>
>>80644321
I hate Ant man too

And the actor that plays him
>>
>>80644513
>antman shrinks
>able to be carried by an ant

>antman shrinks
>breaks a tile when he falls on it
>>
>>80644321
Mass effectively not retained for purposes of gravity, mass retained for purposes of force and inertia. Explains his jumping abilities too.
>>
>>80644550
That tile seems to be the odd point out.
