I'm not sure i agree, i think it's more that they just make such a huge amount that some of it happens to be good. I grew up on abc3, the kids channel in australia when i was a child, and my house served as a makeshift daycare until i was 14-15. Now at 21 i have a baby brother. I've probably seen at least 75% of all animated childrens media britain has put out since the year 2000. Not to mention surreal live action bullshit like telly tubbies, boobah, and in the the night garden, as well as the countless playschool and wiggles ripoffs.
