I've been banned twice during the first autismo anal invasion. One i can understand because the fic was a smut fic. /co/ is a blue board and if they report it ok fine, it is what it is.
The 2nd I got "banned" for, and i'm using quotes for a reason was pic related. However this was the same ban that Kink got. It was a 15 minute "temp" ban where they actually evaluated my stuff and found it didn't violate the rules because I was able to continue posting after it expired. And the reason I was given was that it was "off topic" despite the story material building direclty off rwby.
This is the crux of the issue, the reporting/janitor system is nuke first, ask questions later. Obviously my 2nd ban was reviewed and overturned by someone other than the initial report and all we're asking is some official clarification on this whole process.
