Come watch J'onn have multiple existential crises and even argue with himself.

Here's the variant
>>79158947
>suddenly mech out of nowhere
Now things are starting to heat up.
>>79158978
And now some inner reflection
>>79158978
>I have hated you for so long I think I love you, J'onn
Well that does explain most supervillains
>>79159025
There was really only one way this could end
>>79159042
MASSIVE MARS MECHA MELEE!!!
>>79158828
I feel bad for Black J'onn.
>>79158866
Miss Martian?
>>79158998
>>79159011
This book is seriously underrated.
>>79159320
It is, it's surprisingly enjoyable, and here I thought it was going to be bad because of us doing a martians story, but nope, it's pretty good!
>>79159320
>>79159439
It's been a pleasant surprise. So far it's been consistently good. I'm glad there's going to be an apparent martian push at DC here soon. J'onn needs some love.
>>79159542
>Martian push
Thank fuck, this book deserves it
>>79159571
They are apparently a part of some upcoming event.
the only thing that I noticed even though it's the same colorist it was much better in the earlier issues
>>79159053
Death by giant martian mech warrior sounds so awesome, that if I were a villain I wouldn't mind end my days that way
I'm going to have to give this another try. I read it month to month for the first 4-5 issues and wasn't feeling it at all. But it seems pretty universally loved on /co/ so there must be something to it.
>>79158998
>>79159011
Mr. Biscuits isliterally me
>>79159025
so is the kid the mould
>>79159875
The buildup absolutely pays off, although it starts slow and confusing.
>>79159053
>>79158978
thats the case for a lot of villains
>>79159053
what a way to go out
That design is really shitty, miss the old one
>>79162409
Be patient, once this story arc is over and J'onn becomes J'onn again for real, we'll have a more regular design.
>>79162482
I hope so
>>79159875
It's much easier to understand if read together rather than month by month.
Gonna be a great tradebuy. But buy floppies to keep it alive.
>>79162409
yeah I hope they go back
>>79163194
>Say Thank You. Quickly
J'onn spilling his spaghetti all over the floor.
>>79159053
This page is extremely silly.
>>79163395
>J'onn wishes to bone Aquaman and Hal
This book is pretty great.
Did black lady J'onn and Aquaman ever boned? They should.
>>79162409
>>79163194
I still maintain they never should have dropped his post-Infinite Crisis look.
>>79159439
I'm sort of disappointed that I decided to back Cyborg over MM. Cyborg had some good character moments, but was way too diluted and the action scenes were let down by the static art, while MM really feels like a fresh take on J'onn, especially given the premise. Oh well, trades here I come.
>>79159053
>>79163643
>Did black lady J'onn
She is Arab not black.
>>79164942
>>79165006
>>79165020
This should read right to left.
>>79165127
J'onn's a scrub. He's reading an English localized comic in Japan.
>>79165150
>>79165162
>the crowd instantly encourages the fictional character, without missing a beat
Now THAT'S popularity. I hope J'onn got some royalties out of the series before giant heroes became old hat.
>>79165288
Apparently J'onn's more popular than Superman in the southern hemisphere. Or he was.
