This is definitely a modern Marvel comic made by a bunch of tumblrites hired because they work for peanuts, alright. Like the "let's just have Japan animate everything while sending them outlines" era of cartoons, except the result is boring crap rather than a mixed bag of good and bad.
On the bright side, at least someone held Kate Leth down by her filthy unkempt hair and forced her to practice anatomy, until she actually started drawing human faces and bodies which follow basic anatomy with stylization and don't look like complete shit, rather than horrible misshapen meat blobs. At least that's something good this has going for it.

Well there's some actual conflict so that makes it significantly better than the first issue.
I like the art, and have nothing wrong with the premise. I even liked some of the jokes in the previous issue and this one.
My issue was that, in classic Leth fashion, there was no conflict or tension or anything. It was just a bunch of characters faffing about and being quirky around each other.

Its not bad, its slightly cringe-worthy, the art is fine but lacks any sense of originality, and theres no tension or sense of conflict or any well developed characters. Ms Marvel manages to be progressive and still be really interesting to read.
There seems to be an audience for this kind of nice, safe, comic, - I'd say its sister comics are Howard the Duck and Squirrel Girl - but its not for me. I think sometimes people want safe representation over actual decent storytelling with interesting ideas. If Vision gets cancelled before this then fuck Marvel.
