Transdimensional Brainchip is AMAZING (and completed) but by God is the art terrible. I wish he'd get a dedicated artist.
Its about a dumb guy named Ulf who gets a chip transplanted into his brain that allows him to communicate with other versions of himself in other timelines. The first plotline is about him trying to prevent his murder across dimensions, then about him practically ascending to Godhood and all the troubles that thus follow.
I swear its a lot better than it looks and there is actual character development too.

Another very good and SHORT (and completed) comic the guy has written is Lies, Sisters and Wives (http://lies.thecomicseries.com/), about an adulterous husband trying to cheat on his wife only to have the mistress and the wife (along with her family and his coworkers) all coming together to share dinner and the web of lies he has to spin to keep everyone in the dark.. The whole comic would take about 20-30 minutes to finish reading and its one of the best things I've ever read.
But by God is it ugly.
