Well the good thing about LPS girls is ALL of their heads are huge! But their facial features vary in sizes, so I always have trouble getting the e yes just the right size, the nose and mouth the right size, it usually looks too smushed.
But TWOMBLY IS WORTH IT

you have very basic stylization, what with the squared-off shoulders and such, but you don't really commit to it. I feel like you're trying to do a Genndy Tartakovsky feel but it sorta gets lost, specifically in the torso area and face. you dont really exaggerate the lines and curves as much as you could. when it comes to stylizing something either go big or go home.
also, the shape of the head is a bit wonky, her forehead kinda slants forward and the position of the facial features seem...off? the eyes are a bit too far down I think.
and then just clean up the lines but I'm guessing ttis was just a sketch anyway

Try to line up the facial features a bit better. She's got her head lowered to the right so her right eye should be lower and the inside points of the eyes should be angled to sort of point to each other.
Also, be sure not to make your lines out of so many strokes, or you could go back over them with a thicker brush on another layer once you've sketched them out so you know exactly where they should go.
Rounder, softer shoulders on female characters is also a good idea.
I'm not a pro so take my advice only if no one comes in to correct me.
