He got really emptional and killy in Empire. But in Hope, he lets Stormtroopers fail and even talk back without punishment. Yet in the comics after that, Vader gives a guy a 360 neck adjustment for seeing him with a cracked helmet.
Early in the Empire Vader is still very prone to randomly killing shit. Then in the end of Empire after being rejected by Luke then in Return, it seems his energy is kind of gone and and doesn't give a fuck anymore.
I'd say it depends on era. But stealing or losing your equipment is always good.

Your first instinct might be to say that the Sith would just straight up kill each other, but that's not what their culture is about.
First and foremost, like everyone else stated - the Sith fucking despise each other, but they won't straight up kill, as that would be too easy and unsatisfying.
The Sith only care about one thing, only one simple thing - Power.
Instead, they'd try to break each other, humilaite and overpower each other. The fundamental belief of the Sith is that domination and submission are inevitable in life. The strong thrive, and the weak are their playthings.
From an EU perspective, if you took all the Sith across the entire history of their galaxy and stuck them on a giant, lush planet, then the caste system immediately erects itself (much like the DS users did with the actual native Sith species after the 100 year clusterfuck)
The absolute strongest Sith: Palpatine, Vitiate, Nihilus, etc. would hold all the rest under constant submission and threat of death. All the female Sith would essentially just be fucktoys and trophy items to them unless they're strong enough to fight back.
Their entire society would be based upon the notion that: "I'm STRONG, I'm physically and mentally superior to you in every way and you are NOTHING, less than nothing. Actually, It kinda does. Bane started the rule of two because Sith had a nasty habit for killing eachother. Almost moreso than they did the Jedi. Bane had the old Sith Empire wiped out to eliminate infighting.

Not necessarily. The Nightsisters adhered to the dark side and they were pretty loyal to each other. Sith got all backstabbity because of all the groups who gave into the dark side, the Sith were the most immersed in it.

Also the raider is a beast on tabletop, it's basically a giant turbolaser with engines. It has no hanger and instead has a massive generator so it's output is on par with the bigboys, while still being quick an maneuverable. It also has a load out where it has little ordinance and just bristling with quad turrets so it can swat smaller craft like flies as it lights up the sky like a rave party.

Besides, the whole point of the New Jedi Order was that they remedied the greatest "mistake" in the galaxy. The Old Jedi set themselves up to fall, one of the better ideas Lucas had for the Prequels.
As much as everyone hates Lucas's "poetry", the Prequels showed that the pressures of Anakin's live (Slavery, Death of Mother, etc.) were compounded on by his life as a Jedi.
The point was to show that the old Archaic Jedi Order brought Anakin to a breaking point, and he didn't have the unique perspectives that Luke did to guide him.
Anakin was expected to conform and perform within expectations even with the personal traumas around him.
Luke got a fresh perspective on the Force from Obi-Wan and Yoda, and was essentially told to embrace it, as well as his own feelings (unlike Anakin).
So yeah, the Old Jedi were getting stagnant and complacent in their own dogma to the point where they were internally sabotaged by one of their own (Vader) and destroyed by someone they were blinded to (Palpatine)
