In the context of this conversation, the girl on facebook claims to love Deadpool/Marvel, yet knows nothing about it. Marvel, by appealing to this demographic, makes their products appeal to the lowest common denominator. They can make Deadpool do or say anything, and the only ones who will be ok with this are those who don't know anything about the character.
