Season 4's "The Revenge Society" probably features the most Bowie in it, but it's also one of the most lore-heavy episodes, so it'll probably be fucking impenetrable to understand if you're not familiar with the show.

Watch the two part finale of season 2, Showdown at Cremation Creek. It's when he's first introduced as a character. If you like that then just go ahead and watch the rest of Venture Brothers, otherwise his only long appearance after that would make no sense.
