Henk caught wind of a "bait" shop. Turns out it was the local slang for crack. He shows up at the crack of dawn to grab bait for fishin with the boys.
The four catch tons of fish, but throw back the little ones. The fish end up swimming up to the boat hoping to grab some of the crack.
Henk and co. get caught, then Henk has to prove that he was using the crack as BAIT, not personal use. The judge sat in the boat with Henk and a baliff for 8 hours. Henk thought it'd be easy, but all the fish went through withdrawals thanks to addiction and ended up not being hungry. They wait and wait when finally a fish does take the bait.
