There's nothing that implies Jasper doesn't have an air of vulnerability. And just because she the least to cry doesn't mean she can't cry. She doesn't even have to cry to be "vulnerable".
Lapis is vulnerable and yet she's more fucked up than Jasper and more angry at the crystal gems. The writers have said there's more to Jasper than we see so yeah, I don't expect her to stay a ragetard.
