Probably this. The first episodes are good in a kind of weird way, but they hadn't found their niche properly and it feels dated to an extent (compared to early Simpsons which doesn't). Those seasons are the ones that have defined south park and are reliably the best.

I liked the Ziplining episode because I identified with Stan's manipulative actions just to get his image clean.
I don't like A Nightmare On Face Time because its humor is cultural, that's to say, it's only funny if you get the references. For example, I know the Lord of The Rings parody is funny because of the theme (adults overreacting about children watching porn) because I've never seen The Lord of the Rings.
