you don't want to read modern x-comics if you want jubilee
you'd probably be best off just starting with her first appearence and reading chronologically. she drops off the face of the planet around the time grant morrison shows up so it shouldn't be a ton. the mini that phil noto drew starring her and wolverine was pretty rad.

Pretty much everything from her debut in Uncanny until the launch of X-Men, then X-Men until the launch of Generation X, then Generation X until the end of that series. There's also stuff in Wolverine's solo until he loses his adamantium.
After that it's up to you. She basically faded into irrelevance with the death of GenX outside of a barely used role in Austen's Uncanny run (like fuck you want to read that) and an ongoing-turned-mini by Robert Kirkman that's not really any good. The Kevin Grevioux New Warriors series sucks so skip that too. Gischler's X-Men is shit so avoid unless you really want to see how she becomes a vampire.
Then you have Wolverine and Jubilee which is fine but I don't care too much for it. The arc with her in X-23 is really good (Marjorie Liu is a big Jubilee fangirl). Avoid Wood's X-Men series, it's shit and she basically exists to haul around a baby. Now she's irrelevant again because the X-Men line is in shambles due to Marvel trying to replace them with the Inhumans.

I like that Jubilee's getting some degree of popularity now since she's been my favorite character for pretty much as long as I've been reading comics. I just hope her personality doesn't get downgraded into "le spunky snark girl" or something since what I've always liked is the combination of teenage brattiness and incredible kindness and love of life. I hope the baby isn't dropped just because even if Wood fucked it up I have no problem in theory with Jubilee being a parent.

Yes. It was just boring and completely nonsensical at points. There's an arc that just casually resurrects both Madeline Pryor and Selene at the same time, neither of who have appeared since. Jubilee's reduced to being the object of Bling!'s horniness and carrying a baby around.

I've been reading through a few X-men trades of her after she was a Vampire. Which issues does she turn?
At first I thought it was a stupid idea her being a Vampire but it's really grown on me, especially in context with her friendship with X-23.
One question though, did she lose her firework blasts when she became a vampire? Like, is she no longer a mutant? Cause I thought mutants could be anything, even islands, planets, aliens and robots. And most of that doesn't make any sense
