Was actually talking about this today. Going back and reading it, she jobs pretty hard and it kinda ruins the story. You need to reread the comic bud. Cup dropped after the bullet was in her spine. The comic made no indication that Babs had time to react, and given the context of the universe when the story was written, she hadn't put on the costume in a long while. What's bullshit is Arkham Knight's re-imagining of the scene where the Joker is at the door, announces something, pulls out the weapon from a box , and then shoots Babs, who was in her prime as Batgirl at that point.
