Penance, the extra-super-powered red mutant from Generation-X. Like fanfic levels of overly powerful. Beautiful, wrapped in leather belts, her hair and fingers are made out of spikes or knives, made out of some kind of diamond, and has her own gravitational field. Also doesn't speak, a mute mutant. And yet she made a great adventure buddy for Jubilee.
Also, we're not likely to see Micronaughts, Marvel's 70s/80s Dracula, or The Man-Thing, are we?

I wonder if we'll ever get to see Rom, Spaceknight! and the Dire Wraiths ever again? Marvel did the required copyright reminder issue a few years ago. There's still a lot of life left in the story, especially if they bring in a new spaceknight ala' the new Nova Kid comics. (note for the future, putting a rookie in the Rom armor is a bad/disrespectful idea, but the Firefall armor is up for grabs. Probably still on Earth.)

I suspect we're in a post-retcon world as far as Marvel characters go. No matter how little sense their existence might make under the current status quo, they'll use the universe-merge events of the recent Secret Wars to justify anything they wish. We have Old Man Logan and Maestro running around (is it called 616 anymore), I don't think Logan's son washisname would cause too much trouble.
Same is true for DC, post-Convergence, I suppose.
