Haha what? He pitched Secret Wars BEFORE he pitched Avengers/New Avengers. SW was the endgame before there even was an Avengers/NA.
I stopped giving a shit about this event right around the time I stopped giving a shit about Marvel. Secret Wars is the perfect "jumping off" point for long time readers. If you had a favorite character, that dude is almost certainly dead. Next month you you can read about the stirring adventures of a near exact duplicate, but why would you want to?
The marvel universe is over. The good guys lost. I can live with this.
