if she's supposed to be asian I'd pick Olivia Munn, but they kind of already made her Psylocke, so... Jessica Henwick? She's an up-and-coming. There just aren't as many half-Asians actresses to choose from, and most don't have the approximate look.
If she's white, I dunno. Not sure if she would play the part right but Summer Glau could look the part with green-tinted contacts, with Winona Ryder as her mother.
