>it's a "Lisa Simpson gets a new friend" episode
>it's a "Bart screws up really badly" episode
>It's an episode centered around a new character with a distinct realistic hairstyle voiced by a celebrity

Fry, stop complaining about centuries old animated shows.
>It's a Matt quotes The Simpsons episode
>>78371664
>Implying the Simpsons isn't still running in 3015
>>78371733
>It's a Matt isn't on the Podcast episode
>>78367294
Not all Lisa episodes are bad, but the episode where Lisa and her new friend keep going to their imagination land is probably the worst Simpsons episode I've ever seen.
>>78374123
Was it supposed to be a Bridge to Terabithia (sp?) parody or something? I remember catching that episode back when I still watched TV and thinking it was absolutely bizarre. The tone was like an episode of the Simpsons that I'd come up with inside a dream where nothing makes sense and everything feels off.
>>78371733
I can't tell what expression this is supposed to be. I clicked the thumbnail and saw it was made up of a bunch of different faces and now I don't know what to think.
>>78374005
>Listening to their awful podcast
>>78374578
Smugness, famajam
>>78374607
Thank you, I wasn't expecting an explanation. Moeblobs are hard for me to read for some reason.
>>78374123
Besides, the lesbian innuendo was off the charts here.
>>78374195
What happens when a writer really wants to make the experimental movie he never got to do in college.
>>78374946
Seriously, this was borderline creepy.
>>78375190
Just what awful things do you think she did to Lisa's body while she was sleeping.
>>78375190
Wasn't there also an episode where Bart got a kind of crazy friend? He trained hawks or something?
>>78375343
Voiced by Daniel Radcliffe and...yeah, they were gay.
>>78371733
>>78374005
I have no idea what podcast you guys are referring to, but are dudes named Matt just statistically more likely to quote Simpsons a lot? I feel like every Matt/Matthew I have known quoted it frequently, or at least enough to take notice.
>>78375392
>>78375190
Seems like Diggs was just a retread of the earlier episode but with Bart instead of Lisa. They even got a British actor to voice the character.
>>78375619
Matthew is my middle name and funny that, my sister is two years younger than me and our first names also start with B and L.
>>78375190
>>78374946
This the closest the Simpsons has come to imitating moeblob anime?
>>78375732
Not even. Moeblob implies cute characters, not some British bulldyke. Also the story was too surreal and not anything like SOL anime.
>>78367294
>it's a "Homer gets a zany new job" episode
>>78375825
Homer the Smithers was the best episode of this trope.
>>78374946
The No Homers official thread for LTDQ had a huge, autistic argument whether Lisa and Juliet were supposed to be lezzes or not.
>>78375949
I'd hope they weren't although the dyke-ey character design they gave Juliet certainly makes you think...
>>78375392
what was this one about? The guy was crazy at the end and thought that he was a bird?
Bart has low tolerance to crazy people, what of it?
>>78375825
Homer Bodyguard was great tier!
>>78376151
But that's just because of Mark Hamill voicing the bodyguard school teacher.
>>78367294
That I can fap to.
>>78375242
Rocks go where?
>>78377699
No that would be another guest star on another episode.
>>78374946
I was really confused during that entire thing. I thought they literally were turning Lisa into a lesbian. And then it just....ended.
>>78377924
>I thought they literally were turning Lisa into a lesbian. And then it just....ended
They only had 22 minutes and ran out of time just before the carpet burning began.
>>78367294
>It's a "Bart gets a new girlfriend" episode
>>78375732
No, this is
>Its a new Simpsons episode
>>78371482
>It's an episode centered around a celebrity cameo playing themselves drawn in an approximation of the Simpsons style
>That celebrity isn't a softball player
>>78374195
It's actually a parody of "Heavenly Creatures" oddly enough. I kind of like it.
>>78374946
>>78375190
Again, it was based on "Heavenly Creatures", so this should come as no surprise.
>>78378608
They're 8; they don't even have...
>>78378691
As long as you can fap to his gfs, it's good.
>>78378733
Holy shit Invader Zim had some dark shit in it.
>>78367294
>It's a "Marge kicks Homer out of the house due to relationship issues" episode
>Show changes art style and voice actors
>Quality drops significantly
>>78375190
>>78378828
HC was not appropriate material for the Simpsons to be parodying, especially not with Lisa. Also Emily Blunt is beautiful and a fine actress, but she fails at sounding like a little girl. Plus the Josh Groban bit - Jesus fuck, Yeardley and EB trying to harmonize is the worst thing I've ever subjected my ears to.
>>78375190
>>78378828
I thought it was a parody of Bridge to Terabithia?
>lisa simpson
8 year old eternal mary sue, perfect for New simpsons
>>78371482
But >7 inches and it attractiveness goes down, you fool.
>it's a Marge lets down her hair and is shown to be really beautiful and everyone on imgur screams "wow she's so gorgeous she should always wear her hair like that, what's with the stupid beehive anyway?" episode
